The Move Every Day Program
Move with Jess live every day at 8am EST for 2 weeks. Expect classes to be 15-40 minutes, though each day will be a bit of a surprise regarding what exactly we’ll get into together.
Can’t make it for the livestream class? The class will be available to watch on-demand 1-2 hours after it’s streamed.
Equipment: hand weights (2lbs or 3lbs) and sliders
Optional: ankle weights
Expect a mix of full body tone, move and HIIT classes, though each day will be a bit of a surprise regarding what exactly we’ll get into together.
