  • 25 Minute Quickie Full Body Tone With...

    For class you'll need a chair, countertop or bench! We start with upper body (elevated wrists), tone our lower body and finish up class with abs. This is the perfect class to take between meetings!

  • 37 Minute Full Body Tone

    Grab sliders or a towel and a pair of light weights.

  • 33 Minute Full Body Tone

    Grab a pair of light weights! After we warm up, we kick off class with abs on back, followed by a quick plank series. Then we move into tabletop glutes, and transition into standing lower body, with an arms intermission in between sides.
