    What to Expect:
    This is a flowy advanced pilates class that includes engaging combos and exercises. Please be mindful: this class includes exercises done on your hands so please take any modifications that will support your wrists!

  • 34 Minute Full Body [NEW FORMAT - SCULPT]

    Grab a pair of light weights! In this New Format, we work in sets of three: a full range exercise, a variation, and a cardio burst. This class is beat-based! We are still taking name suggestions for this format so leave a comment with your ideas!

  • 45 Minute HIIT + Tone

    What You’ll Need: A pair of light weights
    What to Expect:
    • Cardio blocks are 4 rounds of 45s work/15s rest
    • Standing upper body
    • Abs on back
    • Standing / tabletop lower body

  • 30 Minute Full Body ??? [New Format]

    Grab a pair of dumbbells and get ready for a *new* class format! This class follows a flow where each exercise is broken down into three parts: the full range movement, a variation (hold, pulse, stability exercise) and high intensity cardio. Give us your feedback and name suggestions!!!

    • Warm up and standing arms
    • Plank series with ball
    • Standing lower body + cardio
    • Tabletop booty with ball
    • Abs with ball
    • Cardio finisher

  • 45 Minute Full Body Tone

    What You’ll Need: Light weights and medium/heavy weights
    What to Expect:
    • Abs on back
    • Obliques & outer glutes
    • Standing lower body
    • Strength and sculpt arms
    • Full body finisher

    What to Expect:
    • Plank opener
    • Standing arms + triceps
