What You’ll Need: A chair or a countertop and a pair of light weights
What to Expect: A slowed-down version of our signature Full Body Tone class. Jess walks and talks you through the general flow of class, giving helpful modifications along the way. This is a great place to start if you're new to Move Club, new to rhythm-based workouts, recovering from an injury or are just looking to bring it back to the basics. Don't worry though - it's still a spicy workout!
